Welcome to OIOslo2017
It is our great pleasure to welcome you to the 13th International Conference on Osteogenesis Imperfecta (OIOslo2017). The Conference will bring together scientists and clinicians from a wide range of disciplines, presenting cutting edge news from basic science, current research as well as medical and surgical treatment of OI.
“The scientific programme will strive to highlight state-of-the-art clinical practices, recent advances as well as new data and perspectives, in a format designed to encourage interaction and collaboration between all stakeholders.” – Lena Lande Wekre
Our goal is to create an arena for constructive discussions both during the sessions, but also through a debate and interactive workshops.
We hope that you will find the programme covering most facets of OI – from the current research activities taking place in the most prominent laboratories to the broad spectrum of clinical situations that physicians might encounter.
Our goal is that all members of the OI-community will benefit from taking part in the event – including clinical and scientific researchers, clinicians, therapists, other health care professionals as well as representatives from patient organisations.
